It is what lawyers ask for after the deal: proof of what was disclosed to whom. - **Page analytics** – how long each viewer stayed on each page. It tells you which part of the financials the buyer studied, and which they skipped. - **Heatmaps and replays** – where on a page the reader moved, clicked and scrolled, and a replay of the visit.
