Proposify is a mature proposal platform for sales teams – editor, e-signatures, approvals, a long list of CRM integrations and AI writing. It is priced per user. HelpRange does not replace the editor: it sends the PDF you already have as a tracked, protected link with an offer page and “Accept offer”, drafts the next offer from your last one with AI, and costs one price for the whole team.

If Proposify is your system of record, keep it and use HelpRange for what it does not do: protected price lists and technical documents with a watermark and no download, data rooms for larger deals, and Word or PDF offers you send without rebuilding them. Teams that only track and send PDFs often move fully: upload the files, invite the team – the price does not change with the number of people.
Yes for any team size on list prices: Proposify Build is $49 per user a month ($39 billed yearly), so five people pay $245 ($195), while HelpRange Pro is $39 ($31) for the whole team (proposify.com/pricing, 8 November 2026). Proposify includes an editor, e-signatures and payments, which HelpRange does not have.
No. HelpRange sends documents you made elsewhere. Its AI offer generator drafts a new offer from your last one – same sections and a price table – as a PDF in HelpRange’s own clean layout, which you preview and confirm.
We did not find one on Proposify’s pages; it shows time per section and the most viewed sections. HelpRange gives every recipient an engagement score from 0 to 100, also in the e-mail you get when they accept the offer.
Yes. An offer page before the document has “Accept offer” and “Request contact” buttons with a comment field; you get an e-mail, Slack or webhook. There is no e-signature – send the contract with your signing tool.
Not natively. Send opens and offer answers to your CRM with signed webhooks, Make or n8n, or the REST API on Unlimited. Proposify has native integrations.
Upload the PDF, add an offer page with “Accept offer” and get an alert when the client opens it. $39 a month for the team – no per-user fees, no proposal limits.
