DocuSign alternative for NDAs

NDA and document access in one step – no separate e-signature tool

With DocuSign the NDA is a separate envelope: you send it, wait, then send the documents. In HelpRange the NDA is the door to the data room or link – the reader verifies their e-mail, signs and reads, and you see what they read.

FAQ

DocuSign alternative for NDAs – questions

Is a click-to-sign NDA binding?

It is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS (EU) and ESIGN/UETA (US), the usual way confidentiality agreements are accepted online. For agreements requiring a qualified signature, use a qualified provider.

Can I use my own NDA text?

Yes – paste your own text, keep several versions; HelpRange is not a party to the agreement.

What is recorded?

Name, company, verified e-mail, time, IP, country, browser, NDA version and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the text, in a PDF both sides receive.
