Qwilr alternative: track the proposal you already have, for the whole team

Qwilr turns proposals into interactive web pages with quotes, payments and strong access controls, and scores buyer engagement. It is priced per user, with minimum seats on the bigger plans and limited analytics history on the smaller ones. HelpRange keeps your document as it is – the PDF, Word or PowerPoint file you made – and adds tracking, protection, an offer page with “Accept offer” and an AI offer generator, for one team price.

When Qwilr is the better choice

  • You want an interactive web-page proposal. Qwilr’s quote blocks, optional items, packages and ROI calculators let the client build the deal; HelpRange shows your document.
  • The client should accept, sign and pay on the page. Accept block, e-signature and QwilrPay; HelpRange records “Accept offer” but has no signature or payments.
  • Proposals come from the CRM. Native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho on Starter, Salesforce on Scale, and AI prefill from deal context on Scale.
  • You need strict access rules on the proposal page itself. Password, e-mail verification, domain restrictions, view limits and expiry – Qwilr is strong here, as is HelpRange.

When HelpRange fits better

  • You already have the proposal. Upload the PDF, Word, PowerPoint or Excel file and send a link – nothing to rebuild in an editor. Need a new one? The AI offer generator drafts it from your last offer, with prices only from you, and nothing is sent before you confirm.
  • Your price list must not travel. The reader’s e-mail as a watermark on every page, download and print blocked, a confirmed e-mail before the document opens, an expiry date, and access you switch off when the offer ends.
  • The sales team grows. One price for the whole team – Pro is $39 a month however many salespeople you add, with no proposal limit.
  • The deal needs more than a proposal. Data rooms with an NDA before access, “I have read and accept” for key documents, automatic redaction and Excel files shown as a spreadsheet – in the same tool.
  • You want to know who is ready. An engagement score from 0 to 100 for every recipient, “Accept offer” and “Request contact” on the link, and an alert with the score when they click.

Using HelpRange with or instead of Qwilr

Qwilr pages and HelpRange links work side by side: keep Qwilr for interactive quotes and use HelpRange for PDFs, price lists, decks and contracts that must stay as files – watermarked, with no download – or for a data room when the deal moves to due diligence.

FAQ

Is HelpRange cheaper than Qwilr?

For one person the prices are close: Qwilr Starter is $49 a month ($35 billed yearly), HelpRange Pro $39 ($31).
