Reports, issues, workbooks and course notes in one folder. Every paying member gets a personal link to read them online with their e-mail or member ID on each page. When they cancel, get a refund or their access period ends, the library closes – for them only.
A folder is a member library: everything in it – and every file you add later – is in the member's list without a new link.
Sell with the HelpRange Store (Stripe checkout, one-off or monthly), or keep Kajabi, Whop, Gumroad or Shopify – their purchase webhook adds the member. Zapier or Make connect anything else.
Members open the library with a one-time code sent to their own e-mail; a forwarded link alone does not open it.
The watermark shows who the copy belongs to. Compliance-sensitive publishers print a member ID instead of the e-mail.
Cancellation, refund or "access length" (e.g. 30 days after each purchase) closes the library; you can also revoke one member with one click.
If one member's access is used from many places in several countries, you get an e-mail with a one-click switch-off.

Upload PDFs (Word, PowerPoint and Excel are converted) into a folder and open its Buyers tab.
HelpRange Store product, your platform's webhook, a Zap – or paste a list of e-mails with optional member IDs (up to 1,000 lines at a time).
Add new issues to the folder; members see them in their library and you see who read which pages.
Buyer and member access is part of Pro ($39 per team per month, unlimited readers, no per-reader or per-view fees), Unlimited and the 3-day trial. The HelpRange Store adds Stripe checkout: 2% fee on Pro, 0% on Unlimited. Plans & pricing
No. They open the link from their access e-mail and confirm with a one-time code sent to the same address.
With the HelpRange Store, yes: the checkout runs on your own connected Stripe account and access ends when the subscription ends. If you bill outside the Store, a Zap or Make scenario on your payment tool sends the e-mail to the folder's address and a second one with "action": "revoke" removes it. A native sync with your own Stripe Billing is not built yet.
Any tool that can send the member's e-mail to a web address (directly or through Zapier or Make) can use the folder's address; Memberful and Patreon have Zapier triggers for new and cancelled members. We have written step-by-step recipes for Kajabi, Whop, Gumroad, Shopify and Teachable/Thinkific (via Zapier) – for other tools, test with one member first. Substack has no such trigger: export paid subscribers (CSV) and paste the e-mails into the Buyers tab.
New files appear in their library at once, but HelpRange does not e-mail them about it – announce new issues in your own newsletter with a link to the library.
Not in buyer folders – the watermark is on and downloads are off. For maximum protection choose the "Maximum" level: members see watermarked page images, never the PDF itself.
Nothing per member or per view: one team price (Pro $39 a month) for unlimited readers. Store sales add Stripe's fee plus 2% on Pro or 0% on Unlimited.
