DocSend Integrations and API (2026): HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Outlook

Updated · HelpRange

Short answer: DocSend's official integrations are Gmail (through its Chrome extension), Outlook (desktop add-in), Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive and Egnyte for importing files, Zapier and IFTTT, email productivity tools such as Salesloft (Standard and up), and Salesforce as a paid add-on on Standard and higher plans. We found no native HubSpot or Slack integration: both connect through Zapier. We also found no public DocSend API documented in the help center. DocSend does offer a remote MCP server for AI apps on Standard and higher plans.

Disclosure: HelpRange is our product and competes with DocSend. DocSend facts come from docsend.com/integrations, docsend.com/pricing and the DocSend help center (help.docsend.com, now help.dropbox.com), read on 7 November 2026. HelpRange facts were checked against our own product and integration pages.

DocSend and HubSpot

HubSpot is not on DocSend's integrations page (checked 7 November 2026). Teams connect the two with Zapier, which is available on all DocSend plans, for example to log a DocSend visit as a HubSpot activity. A Zap is a workflow you build and maintain yourself, not a native sync.

DocSend and Salesforce

Salesforce is DocSend's only native CRM integration. The help center says it is "only available for Standard plans and above" and is sold as an add-on (connected applications). The pricing page marks it as an "additional cost add-on" and asks you to contact sales, so no price is published.

DocSend and Zapier

The Zapier integration is on all plans. DocSend's help center describes using it to send DocSend events to messengers such as Slack and Discord and to CRMs. This is also how DocSend reaches Slack and HubSpot.

DocSend for Outlook and Gmail

Both are free on all plans. The Chrome extension adds a Gmail plug-in, and the Outlook add-in works on desktop only. They create tracked links from your inbox instead of attaching files. They are sender tools, so they do not download DocSend documents. For downloading, see how to download a DocSend document.

Is there a DocSend API?

We found no public REST API. The integrations section of DocSend's help center (help.dropbox.com/docsend) lists integrations and the MCP server but no API reference, and docsend.com/integrations lists no developer API. For automation, DocSend points to Zapier. If you need an API, ask DocSend sales whether Enterprise offers one. We could not verify that.
