Google Drive、Dropbox、Gmailの添付ファイル、CRMなど、ファイルまたはそのリンクをHelpRangeに送るだけです。
パスコード、有効期限、閲覧回数制限、透かし、メール認証、ダウンロードのオン／オフ、転送禁止 – リンクごとに設定。
「見込み客がオファーを開いたら」→ 案件を更新、Slackで営業に通知、フォローアップを開始。
ファイルリクエストやデータルーム経由で届いたファイルでZapを起動：Driveに保存、タスクを作成。
APIキーはあなたとして動作します：対象はあなたのフォルダと文書のみで、何も削除できません。
シンプルなHTTPS + JSON – 「Webhooks by Zapier」、MakeのHTTPモジュール、n8n、curlで利用できます。

Open https://zapier.com/developer/public-invite/249325/c76e3094446ab78d8b6cf59537c6463b/ and accept – HelpRange then appears in the Zap editor.
In HelpRange click Settings in the left menu and copy “API Key” (near the bottom); paste it when Zapier asks.

Yes – in beta: triggers New Document View, New File from a Client and New Document; actions Give a Buyer Access, Remove a Buyer's Access, Create a Share Link and Upload a Document. Add it with the invite link above until it is listed in Zapier's directory. “Webhooks by Zapier” with the REST API still works for anything else.
Yes: Teachable, Thinkific, Shopify, Podia, ThriveCart … → “Give a Buyer Access” with the buyer's e-mail and your folder. The buyer gets a personal, watermarked link; with an access length set in the folder's Buyers tab it ends automatically. Refunds → “Remove a Buyer's Access”.
はい：ファイルをmultipartの「file」フィールドに渡すか、公開共有URLを「file_url」に渡してください。Driveのファイルを手動で共有するには、任意のフォルダやデータルームで「Google Driveから共有」を使えばZapは不要です。
ZapierのCatch HookのURLを「連携」のWebhookに設定すると、HelpRangeがHMAC署名付きのdocument.openedとfile_request.uploadedイベントを送信します。
ファイルの削除、既存リンクの変更、チームメンバーの招待はできません。
