- Professional: unlimited projects, advanced reporting, Drooms Intelligence (AI), limited redaction. No Q&A workflow.
- Business: adds Q&A workflows ("set approval flows and route questions to experts"), advanced permissions and full AI.
- Enterprise: unlimited licences, quoted.
- All plans: ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27018 certification (TÜV), GDPR, AES-256, SSO and 2FA, EU servers, review/print/save rights per user and per document (Drooms security).
