ShareVault Pricing and Review (2026): Express, Pro and Enterprise Plans

Updated · HelpRange

ShareVault pricing in short: ShareVault does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists three plans – Express, Pro and Enterprise – and each has only a "Get pricing" button. The figures you see online are third-party: software directories list Express at about $199 a month, and a competitor's July 2026 review says ShareVault's plan pages advertise "pricing as low as $200/mth" for a minimum-storage, 12-month prepaid room. Neither is on ShareVault's own pricing page. Below: what each plan includes, what the reported numbers mean, ratings, and alternatives with public prices.

Plans read on sharevault.com/pricing and sharevault.com/security on 7 November 2026; reported prices from the sources named. Disclosure: HelpRange is our product.

ShareVault review: strengths and limits

  • Strengths: long track record in life-sciences licensing and partnering; security claims on its security page include ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 1/2/3 reports and HIPAA; good integrations with cloud storage; well rated – about 4.6 out of 5 on G2 (around 90 reviews) and 4.4 on Capterra (around 36 reviews) as of November 2026.
  • Limits: no public prices; the IP address is left out of watermarks on Express; Q&A only from Pro; compliance options (21 CFR Part 11, customer-managed keys) cost extra.
  • NDA before access: not listed as a plan feature; Enterprise has clickwrap, and the security page mentions configurable confidentiality notices.

ShareVault vs HelpRange

For regulated life-sciences work that needs 21 CFR Part 11 or customer-managed keys, ShareVault Enterprise is built for it and HelpRange is not. For a licensing round, fundraise or small M&A deal, HelpRange gives a price up front: unlimited users and guests, e-mail-verified access, click-to-sign NDA before the room opens, watermarks with each viewer's e-mail, time and IP, page-by-page analytics and AI answers from the room's documents.
