DealRoom Pricing (2026): What DealRoom.net Costs (Vendr Data) and Who It Fits

Updated · HelpRange

DealRoom pricing in short: DealRoom (dealroom.net, the M&A platform) does not publish prices. Its pricing page says plans are "priced by deal volume" with unlimited users and data storage, no per-page or per-seat charges, no overages and an annual commitment. There is no free trial – only a walkthrough. Buyer data on Vendr shows a median of about $35,700 a year (range $28,958–$52,000), and list prices of $20,000 a year for the Growth tier and $70,000 for Unlimited Projects. That makes DealRoom a deal-management platform for corporate development teams, not a room for one sale.

What the platform includes

  • Pipeline tracker, project management and diligence request lists – the core of the product.
  • Data room with granular permissions, collaborative Q&A and an audit log of uploads, views and downloads with timestamps.
  • AI chat across a room with cited answers that respect permissions (customer data not used for training, per DealRoom).
  • Integrations with Outlook, Gmail, PitchBook and Apollo; SOC 2 Type II, MFA and SSO.
  • Not described on the pricing or data room pages: dynamic watermarks and an NDA / terms-of-access gate. Ask if you need them.

Who DealRoom fits

Corporate development teams and PE firms running several acquisitions and integrations a year, who want the pipeline, diligence and integration work in one system. For a single sale, fundraise or property deal, an annual platform contract of $20,000+ is more than you need – a room with a published price does the job:
